À propos de Bitcoin Digital

Last updated July 11, 2026

Bitcoin Digital is an independent publication covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the wider digital-asset economy. We pair level-headed, sourced reporting with live, keyless market data — so a reader gets both the number and the honest context around it, on one page, without the hype.

We are a newsroom, not a data terminal and not a trading service. Our job is to explain what happened, why it matters, and what to watch next — and to be transparent about where every figure comes from.

What makes a Bitcoin Digital story different

Two things run through everything we publish.

The Digital Take. Our signature analysis device appears on news stories, explainers and coin pages. It is a short, structured read — what happened, why it matters, what to watch, and the data behind it — attributed to the Bitcoin Digital Editorial desk and tagged “context, not advice.” A Digital Take is reasoning and evidence. It is never a buy or sell call, never a price guarantee, and never presented as financial advice.

The Signal Board. This is our live market-data layer: the scrolling ticker, the market-cap and dominance readouts, the Fear & Greed gauge, the movers, and the full markets dashboard. It refreshes continuously from public data and is designed to degrade honestly — if a source is briefly unavailable, we show the last good value or a loading state, never a fabricated zero or an em-dash standing in for a real number.

Where our data comes from

Our market data is drawn entirely from keyless, public sources, attributed on the pages that use them:

  • Binance public market data — live prices, 24-hour changes, historical candles and the charts on our coin pages.
  • Alternative.me — the Crypto Fear & Greed Index.
  • DefiLlama — total-value-locked and stablecoin data across DeFi.
  • Public Ethereum RPC nodes — live gas fees for our gas tracker.
  • Public Bitcoin network data — block height for the halving countdown.

Our full methodology documents each source, our refresh cadence and the limits of what the data can tell you.

How we are written

Bitcoin Digital currently publishes under a collective “Bitcoin Digital Editorial” byline. That is a deliberate, honest choice: we would rather attribute work to the desk than invent named journalists, stock-photo faces or fabricated biographies. As real, consenting staff join specific beats, we will add named profiles with genuine credentials — never before. You can read how the desk works on our team page.

Editorial judgement, reporting and every Digital Take are human work. We use software to help with routine production tasks such as formatting and drafting summaries, but we do not publish AI-generated article bodies or AI-written analysis, and a human editor is responsible for everything that goes live. This is set out in full in our editorial standards.

A note on our name

“Bitcoin Digital” is, unfortunately, also a name used by a well-known auto-trading and fake-celebrity-endorsement investment scam. We are not that product and have no connection to it. Bitcoin Digital is an independent news and information website. We do not operate a trading bot, we do not manage anyone’s money, we never take deposits, and we will never ask you to fund an account or promise guaranteed returns. If you have seen “Bitcoin Digital” advertised as a way to get rich automatically, that is the scam — not this newsroom.

Pas un conseil financier

Cryptocurrency is volatile and high-risk. Everything we publish is for information and education only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Always do your own research. See our disclaimer for the full statement, and contact us any time with a tip, a correction or a question.
